Only curious thing I can see is that when I'm in the "telstra internet" access point, the "APN enable/disable" button is greyed out (can't swith on or off).

As of this morning, Hotspot does allow connection to the phone from my laptop, but laptop has no internet access. I do have the Hotspot service and am well under the 5 GB limit. Phone has a solid 3G data link (no apparent signal difference from yesterday at same location, when Hotspot/Internet/Laptop worked fine).
